1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Final Forge ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Final Forge is a binder builder and collection tracker for Magic: The Gathering card sets. The app allows you to build custom binders, track card ownership, manage collections, and view statistics. The service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

  • Account creation is optional — guest mode is available with local-only data storage
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for counterfeit card or proxy creation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Final Forge is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of card data, prices, or images
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the app will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.

The app contains links to external services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
